There are different ways on how you can pay for your orders.

Proof of payment should be submitted and verified before we can process your orders.

5. PAYMONGO- you may pay with your credit/debit card or GCASH.

6. DRAGONPAY - you may pay with your GCASH, GRABPAY and SHOPEE PAY.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refunds

All refunds will be via bank deposit or gcash. Our customer support will be in communication with you throughout the process.

What is your exchange and return policy? 

Your item is eligible for a free return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:

a. Within 30 days of receipt

b. Invoice available

c. Original condition & tags intact

d. Original packaging

Should you wish to return your item, please send an email to wbcares@chgglobal.com.ph stating your reason for returning along with the proof that your item is eligible.
