How to ship outside the Philippines?

Unfortunately, we only ship orders in the Philippines.

You may ask a friend or relative to receive the order in your behalf then have him/her ship it to you instead.

 

What are the payment methods? 

There are different ways on how you can pay for your orders. 

  1. BDO Bank payment- CHG Global Inc with account number 001600143537 and send proof of payment to wbcares@chgglobal.com.ph
  2. PAYMONGO-you may pay with your credit/debit card or GCASH.
  3. BILLEASE-   is a buy now, pay later app that offers customers the convenience of paying for their purchases through easy monthly installments, with the flexibility to choose between interest-free or interest-bearing options, all without the need for a debit or credit card.   4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

     

    Refunds could be done in the following ways:

    • GCASH
    • BANK Deposit

     

    How to return/exchange the item?

    • Your item is eligible for a return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:
      Within 30 days of delivery date
      b. Invoice available
      c. Original condition & tags intact
      d. Original packaging
    • Should you wish to return your item, please send an email to WBCares@chgglobal.com.ph stating your reason for returning along with the proof that your item is eligible.
    • Should you wish to exchange or return an item due to wrong item delivered, we will shoulder all the shipping costs that will incur.
    • Customer Service will assist and coordinate with you the fastest way to return your item.

     

    How much is the shipping fee?

    • ₱80 shipping fee for purchases ₱749 and below
    • FREE shipping for purchases ₱750 and above

     

    How long is the delivery time?

    • Within Metro Manila 2 to 3 business days from the pick-up date
    • Outside Metro Manila 5 to 10 business days from the pick-up date
